Hey Friend, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Lael, and I want to share with you a little about me, my family, and our lives. In September of 2019 my husband, Brandon, and I welcomed our first child into this world. His name is Banner Shepherd, and he has changed our lives forever. Before becoming a mom, I was a school counselor. When Banner was born I felt in my heart that it wasn’t God’s plan for me to return to work as a school counselor. So I quit my job, left my students, co-workers, school, and began the role of a stay at home mom.
Because of this, I started June Ellen Clothing with the vision to impact the lives of children in foster care and students in public schools. With the roots of this brand being the way my grandma lived her life and having the goal of showing children the love of Jesus, my prayer is that June Ellen Clothing is more than just clothes. It’s showing grace, giving hope, and expressing love. So Friend, let’s do this, stay with me, and together let’s show them grace.
